EntreLignes is the practice of Linda Warnier, a research support professional and writer based in Belgium. With experience at the OECD, the European Commission, and UCLouvain, Linda works at the intersection of research policy, funding strategy, and clear communication.
Linda studied history and critical media studies at the College of William & Mary, then earned an MA in EU Public Policy and an LLM in Economic Law with a digital copyright concentration at the University of Kent in Brussels. She spent twenty years in NLP technology — building queries and dashboards, developing engagement and outreach strategies, ghostwriting content, and overseeing digital communication on behalf of the organisations she worked with. She uses AI tools strategically — not to generate fast content, but to free up time for the thinking, framing, and editorial judgment that make writing worth reading.
That experience — translating complex information for the right audience, in the right format, at the right time — is exactly what gray literature demands. EntreLignes exists because too much valuable research never reaches the people who could act on it. The papers get published; the policy briefs don't get written.
